The Talent Tap Team

Catrin Dalby

YOUTH ENGAGEMENT LEAD

Catrin is The Talent Tap’ Youth Engagement Lead. She studied Humanities at the University of Essex and went on to complete the Charityworks graduate scheme in 2020 where she worked in operations at a housing association.

She then went on to complete her masters in South European studies, which focused on Political Science and has been fortunate to live in a few different countries during her studies, including Mexico, Greece and Spain.

She joined the Talent Tap in 2024 as she’s passionate about social mobility and very keen to support and reach as many students as possible in her role as Youth Engagement Lead. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travelling, and is trying her best to get into Crossfit, which is very much a work in progress.

Leah Milner-Campbell

Interim CEO

Leah is The Talent Tap’s Interim CEO, leading the organisation’s strategic development alongside day-to-day operations. She started her career in LGBTQ+ youth organisations, and then went on to do a M.A. Development and Emergency Practice which led her to nearly a decade in the humanitarian sector in research and engagement.

As the first member of her family to attend university, and family roots in Grimsby, Leah understands the importance of The Talent Tap’s work first-hand and is thrilled to be working for young people again.

Leah is an experienced researcher, facilitator and trainer. She is passionate about creating an inclusive, strengths-based culture within The Talent Tap’s team and programmes.

Michelle Pit

Supporter Engagement Coordinator

Michelle is The Talent Tap’s Supporter Engagement Coordinator. She graduated with a degree in Psychology and Sociology and has over 13 years of experience working in fundraising and the charity sector. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with supporters and enabling them to see the difference they’re making.

She is delighted to be part of The Talent Tap, helping create opportunities for young people from all backgrounds and supporting social mobility. She values giving young people access to the guidance, experience and connections that can help shape their future careers.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures. She also loves a challenge and has personally fundraised and climbed the Himalayas and Mount Kilimanjaro, as well as completed the London Marathon, for various charities. Through these experiences, she understands what it means to have exceptional support.
